General FAQ

How long do you need my vehicle for?

How long is a piece of string? While we always try and get vehicles in and out the same day, some jobs require multiple days. If you would like a timeframe for the work you are getting done, please talk to our Technicians when making the booking.

We have plenty of shops around us including Westfield Chermside, so there are many things to see and do while you wait.

Can I wait with my vehicle?

We do have a couple of chairs in our front reception area if you are wanting to wait for your vehicle. There are also a number of coffee shops within walking distance and Westfield Chermside is only 1.5km away.

Can I supply my own parts for you to fit?

We will not fit parts a customer supplies unless they are from brands & parts, we use ourselves or they meet our quality standards. Any work performed with customer supplied parts carries no warranty or guarantee on parts, labour or services.

As soon as you notice it is not performing as well as it should. Try to avoid holding out until summer, as you can experience delays during the warmer months.

Typically it takes around 90 minutes for us to complete the regas and inspection on the system.
