Vehicle Servicing

Checking a cars oil to see if oil needs to be replaced during a logbook service.

Car Logbook Services

We often hear the terms logbook service, minor service or major service. But what does this really mean? Logbook servicing is a pre-set service schedule set by the manufacturer found in your vehicle’s logbook.

The manufacturers set schedule will include both minor servicing and major servicing at set intervals. The main difference between the minor and major service is the amount of time and parts required to carry out the specific maintenance schedule.

By following the maintenance schedule outlined in your logbook, small issues are fixed to prevent major problems that can occur in the future, and to maintain your warranty.

With all of our vehicle servicing, our mechanics check over your vehicle and give you recommendations and a report of any items requiring attention in the future. This ensures the maintenance done on your vehicle is tailor-made to what you need.

With Every Car Logbook Service, We Do The Basics:

  • Change engine oil
  • New oil filter
  • Check and top up all fluids
  • Cooling system inspection
  • Inspect belts & hoses
  • Brake inspection & adjustment
  • Inspect lights, wipers & tyre pressures
  • Inspect air, fuel & cabin filters
  • Test battery, starting and charging system
  • Full safety inspection
  • Road test & report
